Our survey is completely electronic and can be completed in 30 – 45 minutes. Your time will yield a FREE comprehensive benchmarking report. Survey information is confidential and will not be shared with outside parties.

How do you get started?

  1. Ask your Alera Consultant to help you complete the survey.
    They will submit the completed survey for you.

    - OR -
  2. Submit your data through the online 2021 Benefits Benchmarking Survey.

SURVEY DETAILS:  The survey will ask detailed questions about your company's benefits e.g. health insurance, vision, dental, etc. so it will be helpful to have your plan details on hand so they can be referenced. You may find this information in your benefits enrollment kit, summary plan design (SPD) documents, or online benefits enrollment portal.

We recommend you take the survey on a desktop or laptop, rather than a mobile device. Note that the online survey will "remember" your responses, so you do not need to complete it in one sitting.

What areas does the survey cover?  LOTS! However, you only need to add information in the areas where you want to compare your benefit offerings against the offerings of other firms like yours.
