    RN, MPA, Director of Clinical Review

    20+years of experience leading medical management operations at a large regional health plan. Ellen helps clients control costs; and assess quality and efficiency across networks, markets, groups, or segments. Ellen is proficient at evaluating and holding accountable the medical management and population health interventions in place with carriers. She also conducts clinical claims review to discover additional cost-savings opportunities.
  • Julie Kueppers

    PhD, FNP, RN, Clinical Review Director

    Julie is an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner and holds a PhD in Health Science with a focus on data analysis and disease prevention. In her previous role as the Director of Chronic Disease Prevention at a large academic medical center, she directed a preventive medicine clinical practice and employee wellness programs, and served as the Principle Investigator on numerous programs focused on implementing and evaluating chronic disease prevention strategies. Julie helps clients control costs by critically examining clinical data, holding medical management accountable, and recommending pertinent cost-savings opportunities.
  • Tom Burgess

    RHU, Executive Benefit Consultant

    15 years of employee benefits experience. Specializing in self-funded health plans leading a team managing 20,000 lives. Promotes the team’s execution of our client’s strategic plan, along with oversight of entire plan operations and service delivery. Instrumental in the development and operation of three captive programs in the private college, not-for-profit and municipal verticals.
