Cheryl is a business strategist and advisor specializing in helping organizations navigate the intersection of technology, capital, and distribution in the commercial insurance industry. Prior to joining Third Horizon Strategies, Cheryl spent 15 years at The Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers (CIAB) working with the leading insurance brokerages in the U.S. and abroad. Cheryl grew up in Rochester, NY. Having witnessed the fall of the corporate American icon, Kodak, and its impact on her community, Cheryl is passionate about helping companies establish a strong long-term position. She has dedicated her career towards championing an innovation mindset and culture to implement better, smarter, faster ways to serve and create value for insurance organizations and their customers. Cheryl has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from West Virginia University’s Reed College of Media. She is based out of Washington D.C.
