Everything We Do Benefits You
Donna Kessler is the Associate Executive Director of Human Resources at Green Chimneys, a multi-faceted nonprofit organization helping young people to maximize their full potential by providing residential, educational, clinical and recreational services, in a safe and supportive environment that nurtures connections with their families, the community, animals and nature.
RBA is proud to be able to assist with Green Chimneys employee benefits for more than 20 years and is committed to providing great benefits while keeping costs down.
A group health plan is an employee welfare benefit plan established or maintained by an employer. According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, "Health care is typically one of the most expensive benefits for employers to provide, constituting 8.3 percent of total compensation for civilian workers in March 2019."
Great employee benefits are one of the keys to attracting and retaining the best employees. Through planning and consulting, we help you design, administer and manage a cost-effective health and welfare plan that is created to reduce costs, improve workforce productivity, educate employees, mitigate risk and help you attract, retain and develop top employees.
Relph Benefit Advisors offers a broad range of products and services for group employee benefit programs. We assist organizations in designing a benefit package that attracts and retains talent while reflecting your organization’s culture.
