Relph Benefit Advisors (RBA) was founded in 1965 in Watertown NY.  RBA provides employee benefits for employer groups, including strategic planning, funding options, and data analytics for health and welfare plans.

We are headquartered in Rochester, NY with offices in Utica, and Watertown, with consultants also based in Syracuse and Buffalo. Through Alera Group we also provide Property and Casualty Insurance and Wealth Management.
